Order Confirmation

An email of your order confirmation will be sent upon successful processing of your payment and your order will be automatically routed to our Print Providers for fulfillment. When your orders are ready to be shipped, you shall receive email notification with shipment tracking number. You may receive your orders in multiple packages fulfilled by our Print Providers.

To Change or Cancel An Order

If you wish to cancel your order or change shipping details, please send us your request at email: hello@thelittlebigtree.com. We regret that no cancellation or changes will be allowed if the order has been sent to production and our Print Providers are already working on fulfilling the order or in process for shipping. As a result, it may not be possible to request changes or cancellation at this point.

Shipping of Print-on-Demand Products

Inventory of our Print-on-Demand products will be fulfilled directly by our global network of Print Providers, subject to their prevailing delivery times which vary per country according to production locations.. The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

• The product ordered
• The print location
• The destination country
• The size of the order
• The status of the network

In the event that an item is out of stock by a designated Print Provider, it will be automatically routed to the most suitable alternative Print Provider for fulfillment. Lead time for production typically takes 7-14 days, followed by standard international shipping with estimated delivery in 10-30 days.

*Note: Expect delays during Holiday season due to large volume shipment. Place your orders as early as possible to avoid delays.

Currently we offer standard local shipping to addresses within Singapore (excludes P.O. Boxes) only.

For orders outside of Singapore, standard international shipping are available for the following destinations only:

• France
• Germany
• Hong Kong SAR
• Indonesia
• Malaysia
• New Zealand
• Philippines
• Taiwan
• Thailand
• United Arab Emirates
• United Kingdom
• United States

Applicable standard international shipping fees will be calculated at check-out according to delivery destination. Free standard local and international shipping applies to minimum purchase of $190 per order, up to a maximum shipping amount of $200.
